Integrative Humanistic Counselling.
Using a combination of different approaches to deliver a person centred therapy that focuses on the client being their own expert
£60.00 per individual session for 50 minutes.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Using the work of Albert Ellis and Arran Beck to deliver the approach that challenges negative thinking patterns
£60.00 per individual session for 50 minutes.
Clinical Supervison.
Offering clinical supervision to Individuals or Groups (three). £45 for an hour session.
£60 per session for an hour and half as prescribed by the BACP for best practice.
